Professor Rafaëlle Maison, member of the Scientific Council of JURDI and Secretary General Benjamin Fiorini, were guests on Le Media-TV broadcast on September 14, 2025.
The conditions for the existence of a future Palestinian state set out in the draft New York Declaration on the peaceful settlement of the question of Palestine and the implementation of the two-state solution erase the judicial acquis of 2024 (international law as stated by the ICJ and UNGA resolutions) and do not meet the requirements of international law.
