Numerous ships belonging to the Global Sumud flotilla were intercepted by the Israeli army between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. According to François Dubuisson, professor of international law and member of the JURDI Scientific Council, these interceptions are unlawful because the naval blockade, invoked by Israel to justify its actions, is itself unlawful.
