It analyzes Resolution 2803 (2025), adopted by the Security Council on November 17, 2025, by 13 votes in favor, despite abstentions from Russia and China. This resolution is contrary to international law and contributes to erasing the law applicable in Palestine.
Consequently, UN member states should not participate in the «"international force"» nor to «"peace council"»planned by the political body of the’UN.
