Legal communication to the Office of the Prosecutor and press release, June 25, 2026
On June 25, 2026, JURDI submitted a legal communication to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) concerning the situation in the State of Palestine, which aims to demonstrate that the Israeli settlement policy in the occupied Palestinian territory constitutes a war crime and crimes against humanity within the meaning of the Rome Statute.
JURDI demands its explicit integration into the ongoing investigation, so that the relevant Israeli military and political officials can be prosecuted and subject to arrest warrants.
