Le Média TV invited Maître Matilda Ferey from the firm Ancile Avocats, representing JURDI, to present the summons filed by JURDI against BNP-Paribas on June 27, 2025 (see press release) before the Paris Judicial Court for failure to comply with its legal obligations under its duty of vigilance.
