On May 12, 2025, JURDI officially sent two letters of formal notice to the European Commission and the Council of the European Union for their serious failure to address the proven risk of genocide in the Gaza Strip. The organization, which has already alerted these institutions on several occasions, denounces the prolonged inaction of the European institutions and urges them to take the necessary urgent measures.
