France, its airspace, its obligations, and Netanyahu

The President of JURDI (Jurists for Respect for International Law), Patrick Zahnd, addressed President Macron on April 7, 2025, to express his concern that France, a state party to the Rome Statute, had allowed the official plane carrying Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to use its airspace and had not executed the arrest warrant of the International Criminal Court.
