A lawyers' association sends a "formal notice" to France regarding the situation in Gaza

JURDI issued a formal notice to France on Friday, March 7, 2025, demanding that it take concrete measures "aimed at preventing the commission of the crime of genocide by the State of Israel in the occupied Palestinian territory of the Gaza Strip" in accordance with its international legal obligations and the four orders of the International Court of Justice issued in 2024. This formal notice follows two previous letters addressed to the President of the Republic reminding him of these obligations, which have remained unanswered.
