Professor Rafaëlle Maison, member of the Scientific Council of JURDI analyses what was still the draft “New York Declaration on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution” which has been adopted since then by the UNGA on September 12, 2025.

The conditions stated by the Declaration for the creation of such a Palestinian State are unjust and legally questionable. It appears as an extension of Oslo and “the burial of international law”
