What we do?
To fulfil its two main ambitions of advocacy and litigation, JURDI carries out various complementary activities.
Advocacy
- Drafting studies, reports, notes, legal opinions, and academic publications on the rules of international law that apply to the Israeli Palestinian conflict.
- Lobbying public authorities and private organisations to raise awareness and remind them of their international and national legal obligations in relation to the conflict.
- Organising training courses, colloquia, and conferences with partner organisations.
- Speaking out in the media to defend respect for international law in the context of the Israeli Palestinian conflict.
Litigation
- Drafting studies, reports, notes, legal opinions, and academic publications on the rules of international law applicable to the Israeli Palestinian conflict.
- Lobbying public authorities and private entities to raise awareness and remind them of their international and national legal obligations in relation to the conflict.
- Speaking out in the media to defend respect for international law in the context of the Israeli Palestinian conflict.
JURDI may use all human and material resources necessary to achieve its objectives.
